You need to have submitted 10 or more referrals to qualify for consideration.
This badge is awarded based on the number of referrers you onboard to the Pariti network. Once the person you refer submits their first candidate, you have a chance to receive the Community Badge. The more referrals you make, the higher the levels of the badge you can receive.
