One of the most lucrative bonuses available to you as a Pariti Talent referrer is the Hiring Reward. When you refer a candidate who is hired and successfully completes the probation period, you can earn up to a $1,000 reward. This bonus is an excellent way to be rewarded for your effort
We have two types of hire bonuses $1,000 and $500. The hire bonuses for a role are determined by the salary range for the role. Roles with an average salary of more than $20,000 will earn $1,000 hire bonus for the referrer with the successful hire. Roles with an average salary range of less than $20,000 will earn $500 hire bonus for the referrer with the successful hire.
Another bonus that you can earn as a referrer is the Shortlisting Bonus. Once you have 5 referrals shortlisted in a month, you will earn a bonus of $20. This bonus is a fantastic way to earn additional income without having to wait for a candidate to be hired.
As a referrer, you play a crucial role in getting candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process. To show our appreciation, we offer an Interview Bonus for every referral that advances to the interview stage. For each candidate that progresses to the interview stage, you will receive a bonus of $10.
