A quick way to evaluate a candidate is by looking through the ‘non-negotiables’ section in Job Description on a particular job opening. The prospective candidate should meet the stated non-negotiables, either on their resumes or on their LinkedIn profiles.
Aim to refer people who meet at least 100% of the stated non-negotiables. We assess the LinkedIn and CVs so these requirements need to come out clearly there.
