Step by Step Walk through

Checking Referral Progress:

• You can easily track the progress of your referrals. This would keep you informed of how they are progressing.
• Simply click on "Referrals" on your tab.
• You would notice that you have an “active” “paused” and “closed” sections. Active referrals are the ones that are still progressing in the recruitment process. Closed, are the once that have been rejected or the role has been filled. Paused candidates might proceed to being active again or closed.
• You would see your referrals progress from referred, to screening, to interviewed all the way to hired if they are successful.
• If they are rejected, you would see a tag with the reason for rejection.
