  1. Hector: Their design was a rev share for employees. It was a simple structure that gave employees skin in the game, and it helped them to scale quickly.
  2. Ani: Has not designed a stock option yet. There is a plan but they have not implemented it yet. There’s still much he wants to learn on the implication, regulatory, taxes etc.
  3. Most employees care more about the revenue upside than the voting potential from the stock option.
