We launched a new Payment Page to help you track the history of the payments you have earned through the Talent platform. This page is designed to assist you in keeping track of your payments.

The following section explains how to earn each reward or bonus displayed on your "Payments History" page. Each award is reset to $0 at the beginning of each month.
🥇 Shortlisted Bonus: If you refer 5 or more candidates within a month, you will be awarded $20.
🥈 Interview Reward: If any of your referred candidates go through an initial interview, you will be awarded $10 for each candidate.
🥉 Hired Bonus: If any of your referred candidates are hired for the role you referred them to and successfully complete their probation period, you will be awarded $1,000.
Please note that the Payments History page will only display records starting from March 2023 and not earlier.
