This space is reserved for the Programs Committee to organize and/or track their projects.

The Programs committee both creates and executes the programs that support the DAO. This includes software for DAO members to use, the founder fellowship, diligence coordination with the Pando Africa Fund, executing on incentives and rewards for community participation, and any other community-run programs or events.

Participation in running these programs is not limited to members of the Programs Committee - but committee members will be available to help support the community in any projects they wish to undertake.

2. It oversees the growth of the DAO’s membership and capabilities through direct development of programs and partnerships.

• Set up discord & make it a welcoming, active space for the community
• Understand the goals of our DAO members and brainstorm ways we can help meet those goals
• Establish the portfolio due diligence & support process & token rewards for participiation
  • Set up software to support
  • Run the first season of investment decisions
• Run the first fellowship demo day
  • Primarily run by Pariti for season one
• Establish a schedule or calendar for community events & discussions
• Setting up a communications team, e.g. Twitter, etc.
