Pariti Referrer Network Guidelines

Welcome to the Pariti Referrer Network! We’re excited to have you here. To maintain a positive and supportive environment for all our members, we’ve outlined a few simple guidelines. By following these, we ensure that everyone can get the most out of this community.

1. Be Respectful and Supportive

This is a space to support referrers succeed in the network, so let’s keep our discussions respectful. We encourage constructive feedback, but please be mindful of your language and tone. Personal attacks, discrimination, or offensive remarks won’t be tolerated.

2. Seek and Give Support

We’re here to support you and each other. Share questions, areas you need clarity, seek guidance, etc. Let us know any way we can help you refer high-quality candidates for roles.

3. Keep It Professional

While we encourage networking and conversations, please maintain a professional demeanour in all interactions.

4. Promote a Learning Culture

We believe in lifelong learning. Share insights, resources, and tips that could benefit others. Keep an open mind and be willing to learn from the experiences and expertise of your peers.

5. No Self-Promotion or Spamming

We encourage you to share your expertise, but please avoid excessive self-promotion, unsolicited messages, or spamming. If you have something valuable to offer, make sure it's relevant and beneficial to the community.

6. Protect Confidentiality

Remember that this is a professional community. Avoid sharing private or confidential information—especially those of your referrals.

7. Be Mindful of the Channels

Each channel serves a specific purpose. For example, #questions-and-enquiries is for asking questions, while #referrers-corner is for sharing your wins and successes with the community. Please post in the relevant channels to keep the community organized and helpful for everyone.

8. Report Any Issues

If you come across any inappropriate content, behavior, or feel uncomfortable with something, please reach out to the community moderators or admins. We’re here to ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone.
