If your candidate says that they cannot find the email from Pariti here are a few things that you can do to support them:
- Double-check the email you provided when you referred them to ensure that it is correct. If the email is incorrect then the email will bounce. In such a case, you'll need to refer them again with the correct email address. And bear in mind that if another referrer has referred them for that role with that email it will be tagged as a duplicate for you and closed. Please always ensure that you input the correct email at all times as this will affect the deliverability of your emails in the future
- Ask them to check their inbox and spam for an email fromĀ [email protected]
- Ask them to check the filters they've set on their email to ensure that they have not set it to filter and possibly automatically delete such emails.
- If it's a Gmail, ask them to check the promotions tab of their mailbox.
Also, ask them to move the emails to their primary inbox so they don't miss it in the future.
