At Pariti, we value our relationships with our referrers and candidates. We understand that changing jobs can be a significant decision, and we respect the privacy and preferences of candidates throughout the hiring process.
Here's a breakdown of how we communicate with the candidates you refer:
Once a candidate is referred for a role, we reach out to them to gauge their interest in applying. We disclose information about the role and let the candidate know that they were referred by you. We believe in transparency and want to ensure that candidates are aware of how they were connected to us.
PS: Candidates are given the option to report a referrer for submitting their details without consent. So it is imperative that you inform a candidate before referring them for a role.
If a candidate does not respond to our initial outreach, we follow up twice to ensure that they have received our message. We understand that candidates may have busy schedules or may have missed our initial communication, so we make multiple attempts to connect with them.
If a candidate expresses interest in exploring the opportunity further, they are requested to submit their CV for a final review. We always confirm receipt of their interest to acknowledge their engagement in the process.
When we share the candidate's profile with the hiring company, we inform the candidate about it. We believe in keeping candidates informed about the progress of their applications and strive to maintain transparency throughout the process.
Once the hiring company receives the candidate's profile, it is up to them to review the candidate and make a decision. If the company is interested in the candidate, we will send an email to the candidate to connect them with the hiring manager for further discussions. However, if the company does not see a fit with the candidate, we will send an email to the candidate and include the reason for rejection provided by the company.
We do not send emails to candidates who are not suitable for the role and are rejected after being referred. It is only candidates who are being shortlisted that we communicate with. You can however track the progress of your candidates through your referral tracker.
Throughout the entire process, we aim to keep the candidates updated on the progress of their applications. However, we understand that the referrer may not always be kept in the loop to respect the privacy and preferences of the candidate. We strive to strike a balance between keeping our referrers informed and respecting the privacy of candidates.
