Step by Step Walk through of the dashboard

1. Log in to your account on the Pariti Talent Platform.
2. Once logged in, click on the "Dashboard" link on your tab to access your dashboard.
3. In the dashboard, you will find various sections that provide valuable information about your referrals and rewards.
4. The dashboard provides a monthly snapshot at it is reset at the end of every month.

Monthly Rewards:

• Track your current balance, which represents the amount you are entitled to at the end of each month.
• Check the shortlist bonus. It indicates the number of candidates you have that have been shortlisted. When you reach five shortlisted candidates, you are entitled to a $20 bonus.
• Check the interview reward, which shows the number of candidates interviewed in the month and the monetary reward assigned to it. You get $10 for each referral you have that gets to interview stage.
• Keep an eye on the hire reward, which displays the number of candidates you have referred who have been hired and the corresponding reward amount. The total amount due for the month will be visible on your dashboard.

Active Referrals:

• Gain an overview of the status of all your active referrals.
• Click on "View All" for more details on each referral.
